We setup NorfolkPatMan due to our existing customer requests for this service. We decided we should offer this service as part of our IT service package.

We can provide full testing services for all items that qualify as Portable Appliances under the PAT testing guidelines.  We also offer Microwave testing service at the same time if required, to ensure you are in a Microwave safe environment.  We provide a Test and Fix when possible service, making changes to faulty plugs, fuses and leads at the time of testing, to reduce your failure rate on appliances and giving you immediate continued service of that appliance.

 

NorfolkPatMan is a trading name of Great Support Limited, where we continue to offer the full services on all IT areas, from Build to supply of Hardware, including structured cable installations, support and maintenance.  NPM is another value added service that GSL now provides all of its customers, old and new, making the customer experience even easier for you. As our name suggests, we truly provide a Great Support in all areas of our services.
